The Richmond Land Trust's annual Pie Social will be Saturday Sept. 14 at Butterpaw Farm, 2533 Swamp Road.
The pie-eating begins at 1 p.m.
Volunteer pie-bakers annually fill long tables with an impressive variety of pies ranging from New England staples like blueberry and peach and exotic delicacies like key lime and coconut cream.
Also at the event, the Land Trust will hold its annual meeting and announce the recipient(s) of this year's Charles and Mary Kusik Citizenship Award. This award is given to an individual or couple in recognition of outstanding civic commitment to the town and its residents.
